We accept returns for sarees and blouses under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return.
The blouse must remain sealed in its original packaging and unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Items purchased on SALE, custom orders, and custom blouses made with provided measurements are not eligible for returns.
2. Time Frame for Returns
Once you have contacted us, the item must be shipped back within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
If the return is initiated after 48 hours but within the return window, you will receive store credit instead of a direct refund.
4. Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
5. Steps to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@ranizaver.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
In your email, include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
6. Conditions and Exceptions
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Items that were on SALE, custom orders, and custom blouses made with your provided measurements cannot be returned or refunded.
7. Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
